Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge
This is the best fudge. Very creamy and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- dash salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In saucepan, low heat, melt chips with condensed milk and salt
- remove from heat stir in nuts and vanilla
- spread evenly onto a waxed paper lined 8 inch square pan.
- chill 2 hours or until firm
- Turn fudge onto a cutting board and remove wax paper. Cut into 1 inch squares.
