Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 ea egg
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Form mixture into balls around the size of a walnut and place in baking dish. (Use a melon baller or small scoop for uniformity.
- Bake for 15 minutes
Notes
After the meatballs are done they can be placed in freezer bags and frozen for future use.
