bell peppers

garlic powder

can stewed tomatoes

medium sized onion chopped
▢

pre-cooked rice
▢

Worcestershire sauce
▢

shredded cheese (any kind you like)
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
▢
Clean & coarsely chop bell peppers
▢
Brown meat with bell peppers, onion and garlic
▢
Stir in tomatoes, rice and Worcestershire sauce
▢
Simmer 5 minutes to cook rice
▢
Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese
▢
Spoon into 2-qt casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray
▢
Top with remaining cheese
▢
Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and heated through
